satisfied with your purchase. If your product is damaged, this information
tells you how to get a Return or Refund.
What can be returned?
Currently, we only accept returns for
damaged Products.
What is required for a return?
To process your return, the following is
mandatory:
- Clear
Unboxing Video: A video of you
opening the package and inspecting the dress for any damage. This video is
important to verify your Refund or Return.
- Invoice.
- Contact: Please

or Refund process. Our representatives will guide you through the next
steps.
Time Frame for Returns:
We recommend contacting us as soon as
possible, but no later than 3 days after receiving a damaged Product,
to initiate your return.
Important Notes:
- We
are not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, drying, or
ironing of the dress.
- To
return or refund your Product, it must be damaged as allowed by our policy
and the unboxing video should clearly show its condition.
- No
cancellation once the order has been placed
